Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Processing Time
All orders are made-to-order and processed within 14–21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Information
We ship via USPS, DHL, and UPS Ground. Once your order has been processed and fulfilled, delivery time will depend on the carrier’s shipping speeds. Shipping times vary based on location and carrier.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order ships, we will update your order confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to be updated.
RETURN POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on any of our merchandise, therefore all sales are final. Montage Dept. takes pride in producing high-quality products and stand behind our workmanship. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us and we will do our best to address the issue.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the limited and exclusive nature of our inventory, we do not accept refunds or returns unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect product, please email us within 5 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the issue.

Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, we will attempt to send a replacement item. If a replacement is not available due to limited inventory, you will be issued a full refund for the price of the product.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at checkout. If alternative arrangements are necessary, we will contact you via email to resolve the refund.
Refund Timeline
1. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
2. If an exchange is permitted, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.
3.Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs for exchanges unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
Return labels can only be provided to U.S. addresses.
